I laid a paper towel around the cluster to keep the runnoff and extra spray from getting everywhere, and then used the straw and stuck it under the hood where it meets the cluster. I sprayed silicone in there all along the gap between the two. I then wiggled the hood up and down a few times to "work" it in the the material.

Q: Instrument cluster shuts off intermittently while driving. The batt light goes on and the entire instrument cluster (spedo fuel turbo temp etc ) shuts off .. when it's off the climate control won't work and the sun roof won't work . Sometimes the abs light comes on before it shuts off.

Hey guys i just got my 06 P71 and the Gauge cluster is going in and out.. Its probably a wire but i cant seem to find the right wires. anyone know which wires it might be? Also the Transmission wont shift into overdrive and just seems like it goes into neutral.. when i turn off overdrive i can actually go like over 55.
