The only editions that are still updated are Bedrock (PS4, iPad, etc) and Java (PC). Well, one option would be to try to install the game updates on the pendrive on the PC, and using the Horizon program Minecraft, just like all games you can download on the XBox 360 can only be played offline on the XBox that has the appropriate licenses for it. The XBox with the license to play the game is the XBox that you used to purchase the game. This can be changed though, you can do this by transferring licenses.
